빈 들판에 홀로 가는 사람이 있었습니다

There was a man going alone in the empty field

 

때로는 동행도 친구도 있었지만

Sometimes there were friends and companions, but

 

끝내는 홀로가 되어

먼 길을 갔습니다

Eventually he went alone and went a long way

 

어디로 그가 가는지 아무도 몰랐습니다

Nobody knew where he was going

 

이따금 멈춰 서서 뒤를 돌아보아도

Even if he occasionally stops and looks back

 

아무도 말을 걸지 않았습니다

No one has spoken

 

그는 늘 홀로였기에

He was always alone

 

어느 날 들판에 그가 보이지 않았을 때도

Even when he wasn’t visible in the field one day,

 

사람들은 그가 홀로 가고 있다고 믿었습니다

People believed he was going alone

 

없어도 변하지 않는 세상

Even without, a world that never changes

 

모두가 홀로였습니다

Everyone was alone
